Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in brand-new condition

  • Unwashed and free from wear, damage, or alterations

  • In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included

Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

To request a return, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.


Returns Not Accepted

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

Change of mind

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for purchases made in error, accidental orders, or if you simply change your mind.

Used or damaged items

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or removal from original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Health & hygiene reasons (where applicable)

For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items such as resistance bands, towels, or wearable accessories may be non-returnable once opened. This will be indicated on the product page when applicable.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Your order should arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
